Role Menus Free

Self-assignable roles as buttons, a dropdown or emoji reactions under an embed of your own. As many menus as you need, each in its channel.

Setting it up

1. Add a menu: name, channel, style, the roles, and whether members may hold one or several of them.
2. Write the embed.
3. Save, then press Post / update on the menu. After every later change, press it again.

• Menus - Save first, then press "Post / update" on a menu to publish it.

  • Emojis (only for the style "Emoji reactions") - One per role, in the same order as the roles above: the first emoji gives the first role. For one of your server's own emojis type a backslash in front of it in Discord (\:name:) and copy what is sent: <:name:1234...>.

Good to know

• The bot's role must be above every role it should give or take, and it needs Manage Roles.
• For the reaction style, give one emoji per role in the same order as the roles.
• With "one role", picking another role removes the previous one.

What the bot needs

• Manage Roles; for the reaction style also Add Reactions and Read Message History in the channel.
