Tickets Premium · €4.99

Private support channels with one click, transcripts included.

Tickets is a premium module: €4.99, once, for one server - no subscription. In the dashboard a locked module shows every setting as a preview before you buy. How premium works

A panel with an Open a ticket button. Pressing it creates a private channel for that member and your support roles; closing it can save a transcript.

Setting it up

  1. Choose the panel channel, the category tickets are created in, and your support roles.
  2. Write the panel embed and the first message inside a ticket.
  3. Save, then press Post panel.
Tickets as a preview before it is unlocked: all settings are visible.

  • Support roles - Can see and answer every ticket.
  • Ping support roles on new tickets
  • First message in a ticket - Placeholders: {user} {user.name} {server} {ticket}

Good to know

  • /ticket add and /ticket remove bring another member into a ticket or take them out.
  • Members can close their own tickets if you allow it; open tickets per member are limited.
  • Transcripts are posted to the transcript channel as a file - keep that channel staff-only.
  • The ticket log records who opened and closed which ticket and who was added or removed. It can be the same channel as the transcripts.

What the bot needs

  • Manage Channels and Manage Roles in the ticket category.
